In addition to our industry best warranty, our Customer Care team is available to assist our clients with any service or repairs needed for their homes that fall outside of our warranty. This program addresses the care and maintenance of dozens of systems and elements of the home. Our Customer Care plan begins with regular inspections using an extensive and comprehensive checklist we have developed. From these inspections, along with any client input, we develop a task list of items we take care of.
We also offer a Small Project Service to manage small jobs and projects that may arise over time and fall below our usual minimum.
